You remember the fire this summer that ripped through the small cottage on Garret? Realtor Mike Baughman, of Comtect Realty would like HSPI to consider supporting the demolition of this fire-damaged house. Mr. Baughman is currently managing this property for a bankruptcy trustee and Comtect is most interested in either selling it quickly or tearing it down.

He is holding an “open house” at 26 Garret on Saturday, November 20 from 9AM-11AM and will take off some of the boards so that potential buyers and HSPI members can view it. This issue will be on on the agenda for the November 23rd neighborhood association meeting, but in the meantime his contact information is below if anyone would like further information. He also will accept offers from anyone wishing to buy it and save it if they are so inclined.
