South Park is getting its social life back! Mark your calendars for these fun activities.

Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, April 16, 10-12noon
Blommel Park (Park Drive at Jay Street)
Grab your family, a basket for each kid and head to Blommel Park to enjoy the spring tradition of discovering eggs and sweets!

Perennial Exchange
Saturday, April 16, 10-10:30am
South Park Green (Hickory at James)
Got too many plants? Thin those perennials! Bring them to South Park Green to find them a new home. Need Plants? Come reap the bounty of your neighbors’ gardens. It’s a wonderful way to save money, beautify the neighborhood, and meet new friends. Plant distribution happens at 10:15am — don’t be late!

6th Annual Earth Day Clean Up
Saturday, April 23, 2-4pm
Blommel Park and 417 Oak Street (at Jay)Help us “clean up well. This family-friendly event is a neighborhood wide litter pickup and helps teach youngsters to be kind to Mother Earth. (There may be prizes and other enticements!)

April Neighborhood Meeting
Tuesday, April 26, 7-8pm
Hope Lutheran Church (Hickory at Perrine, enter from the parking lot) or via Zoom
Gather with your neighbors to tackle neighborhood opportunities and challenges. Hear our monthly officer and committee reports — Anticrime, Housing, Social, Parks, Membership, Marketing, Block Captains.Join us in our efforts to keep South Park a vibrant, friendly place to live and work

New Neighbor Party, Thursday, May 12th, 6-9pm
So many new neighbors who’ve never had the chance to meet! Let’s make up for lost time. Mark your calendar — more info to come!

Take our Volunteer Survey
The neighborhood council runs on volunteer power, so we welcome your participation. Our survey tells you about specific volunteer opportunities.
