We’re all pitching in to clean up South Park’s community gardens over at Burns & Nathan and prepare it for next spring. Mark you calendars for Saturday, November 13 from 12 – 3pm! We will be laying out additional beds, working on compost bins and spreading leaves–and likely putting this season’s vegetable matter through a chipper. You know you will want to see that!
If you would like to see about having a half or full bed for next spring, this would be a great time to sign up, take a look around, let us know any ideas you have.
We’ll have lots of neighbors stopping by, apple cider– it should be a lot of fun! So, whether or not you want to do a bed next year, pop by, say hello and BRING ANY LEAVES you want to get rid of (except black walnut – not good for the compost)
