The City of Dayton has awarded 2010-2011 CDBG funding in the amount of $106,900 in 2010 and $157,100 in 2011 to repair sections of the walkway and add some historic-looking lighting along the path of the Park Dr. Boulevard. Historic South Park has also been awarded the 2010 Neighborhood Mini-Grant in the amount of $2,000 to replace the damaged wood fence that borders the Tot-Lot at the corner of James and Adams this summer.
