Hard to believe, but it is that time again!!
For new neighbors, the Saturday after Thanksgiving is thetime for the annual old fashioned Christmas Tree Outing!! We start the holiday season off right by a SouthPark Breakfast at The Legacy Pancake House (rated 5 stars by The Urban Spoon). We share a warm heartybreakfast together, look at pictures of breakfasts’ pastand the kids put special Christmas sprinkles on their chocolate chip pancakes!! Just what parents want to hear!! 🙂
Then onto our trek out to Partin Tree Farm for the old fashioned tradition of selecting and cutting down our own trees and have hot chocolate around the campfire. We usually order snow, so dress for the weather! Thefarm provides the saws and the trees are approximately $40-$42 (any size) baled and ready to go. Jim will bring the marking pen for family initials on the bottom of the trunks!
Neighbors with pickup trucks are encouraged to volunteer for the big bring home tree delivery!!
